ProsegurChange / Change Group is one of one of the most successful independent retail foreign exchange groups, providing travel currency to millions of customers globally. We are keen to recruit result oriented, dynamic, and sales driven Terminal Leader to join our Melbourne Airport operations in full time permanent position playing a pivotal role in optimizing operations and enhancing customer experiences. 

Your duties vary but primarily include: 

• Deliver sales targets through effective people management and commercial strategy. 

• Deliver sales and compliance coaching to your wider team. 

• Take ownership of the overall performance of the teams and customer service levels. 

• Manage, train and develop staff for them to reach their full potential. 

• Support communications between staff and management. 

• Help manage inventory and margins across the airport. 

• Help maintain high security standards and ensure security compliance within the stores. 

• Execute operations in line with standard operating procedures and coach staff on operating disciplines.  

• Adhere to company and airport policy and procedures, including ATMs, Internal Audit, Risk, Health & Safety, Security and AML requirements.

  About You: 

• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a diverse team, fostering a positive and high-performing culture. 

• 3+ years’ experience from sales orientated industries. 

• Proven track record of delivering targets and driving sales growth. 

• Strong financial analysis skills and cost control. 

• Excellent interpersonal skills to build successful relationships with staff and stakeholders. 

• Familiarity with security and compliance requirements in the financial services sector is a benefit. 

• Clear and effective communication skills, both verbal and written. 

• Must be able to hold an Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC). 

• Must have Right to Work or valid visa to work in Australia.
