We are keen to recruit a result oriented, dynamic, and driven Team Leader to join our team on full time permanent basis to play a pivotal role in optimizing operations and enhancing customer experiences.
As a Team Leader Brisbane area, you'll work closely and take directions from the Team Leader Australia to lead the performance of the Brisbane branches, ensuring profitability and success. With full accountability for all aspects of your area, you'll develop strategies, drive innovation. As a senior leader yourself, you'll embody our values, fostering a culture of success while building strong relationships internally and with partners. Your integrity and consistency will uphold our standards as you drive results.
Your duties vary but primarily include:
- Act as a liaison between the leadership team and sales team.
- Ensure daily, weekly, and monthly targets are achieved, sales and compliance coaching delivered to wider team
- Work with leaders and stake holders to improve customer service levels at stores.
- Take ownership of the overall performance of the Brisbane branches.
- Deliver sales targets through effective people management and commercial strategy.
- Support with product launches and promotions.
- Manage inventory.
- Maintain high security standards and ensure compliance within all stores.
- Execute operations in line with standard operating procedures and coach staff on operating disciplines.
- Adhere to company and location policy and procedures including Audit, Risk, Health & Safety, Security and retail requirements.
- Support communication for all site staff and management.
- Maintain high knowledge of security systems, point of sale equipment and all other operational equipment.
- Manage, recruit, train and develop staff, within company guidelines and employment legislation, for them to reach their potential for themselves and the company.
About You:
- Based in Brisbane with 3+ years’ experience from similar industries.
- Proven track record of delivering targets and driving sales growth.
- Strong financial management skills and cost control.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to build successful relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Familiarity with security and compliance requirements in the financial sector.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a diverse team, fostering a positive and high-performing culture.
- Clear and effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Adaptability to changing priorities and environments in a fast-paced industry.
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of integrity, fairness, and consistency.
